Custom specifications of materials, lighting, flooring, wallcovering, furnishings, paint and textiles. A log is kept for purchases. Kitchen & Bath are an additional fee.

Advisory Retainer
Advice on costs, materials, layout, images, and documents. 5 business days or less response time. Modality: (3) Phone and/or Video Calls per month, emails. One time fee or monthly subscription. May cancel at any time after the first month. There are no refunds on previous months or partial months.
Does not Include: Drawing for permit, Onsite visits, Project Oversight, Advise on Engineering, Soil Sample, supervision of the contractor’s construction means or methods, construction cost estimating, testing or removal of asbestos or mold, structural engineering services, preparation of a legal survey, legal advice, selection of mechanical equipment.

Advisory Retainer+
Includes: The Advisory Retainer, 48 hour or less response with time sensitive priority, (6) Video Call up to 40mn per mo (time and calls do not roll over), (3) up to 60min on-site visits (depending on location travel fees may apply). May include CAD sketches, informal floor plans and elevations.
